wow! thanx for all your advices you guys... now I can take a look at this challenge in more angles than one.
hmmm... i 've been running the booth a couple of months now and while I can man it in the morning, there are times when I have to leave in the afternoon. And more or less I've gotten the sales pattern; it's just the "uncountable-by-hand" stuff that's giving me difficulty. But I think I'll combine all your advices; that is use a measuring spoon and measure by grams using a weighing scale... hehe... ciaro. Then I'll go from there. I'd like to put a surveillance but my booth is still too small for me to go that way. start up pa jud cya...and that goes for having things automated too... hehe...
but since my goal is to turn this booth into a food cart biz, i'll keep all your ideas in mind. and theconsultant's number too. :mrgreen:
but i think the measuring-gram thingie is a good way though coz I noticed in Sbarro, even their sauce is measured by grams and Candy Corner measures theirs by grams too. Maybe for the half-half I'll use the measuring spoon technique.
