different ang computation for daily paid and monthly paid...

sa daily paid... total all the monthly earnings you have earned in a year... then divided by 12

if monthly paid... deduct your tardy and your absences sa imo monthly earnings, then add all your gross pay then divide it by 12

same rana oi. dli gyd mapariha ang payment of computation pg sweldo mo bro ky dli mn fix ang # of hrs. sa imng duty. bt in computing the 13 mnth. same ra sa tanan ra oi maliban nalng kng manikas ang company n computing it

ex. dec 1-15 3000 then sa
dec 16-31 kay 3500...

depende sa hours worked man gud....

so kung imo basic pay is 6000, imo madawat sa december kay ur basic pay for the month with deductions and basic pay w/o deductions another 6000 npd... so mga 12000 madawat nmo sa december if nagwork ka for 12 months... sakto ba?
