human vs. truly human
The way to being truly human is not devoid of pitfalls. Other times we are truly human, when we display compassion, selflessness etc., pero we are not like that all the time. There are times when we are too consumed with our own failings, frustrations, angst, fears, ambition which are normal as a human and may help us become truly human with the help of the lessons we learn from them. In other words, sometimes we are human; in that we feel all sorts of emotions, and we err still. Other times we are truly human; but the idea is to strive to maintain it which is what will ultimately lead us there. I guess what I'm saying is, we fluctuate between being truly human and being human on our way to becoming truly human. I think that being truly human is a whole new plane in our consciousness. And although I agree there are individuals who may have never reached full development, it doesn't mean there wasn't once or twice, or even more, in their lives that they didn't experience it. I think the potential is in all of us.

WHO said that there is an elementary ingredient to convert man into human? Who said that there is a necessity in knowing the difference between man and human? Who said that being human is essential to being a man? Who said it is incomplete when a man is not human? WHAT is man then? WHAT it is to be a human then?

The difference starts when one makes a distinction. Distinction will then tell you that "This", is neccessary because "This" will make the "I" more like "This".
