It's just that the people have a penchant to hate whoever is in power that's why the latest survey showed PGMA as the most corrupt..

I'll bet a million bucks, whoever will become the next president will also become the "most corrupt" in the surveys.

Let me give you my own take and view about who's more corrupt than who:

The most or more corrupt person is the one who has taken/stolen much and has not done anything good or has done the least good. Do the balance.
