There should a be [size=18px]an open forum[/size] between these congressman and the cebuanos.

if there is such a forum, here's my first question : what do they expect out of this separation? will it improve the economy? in what ways will it improve the economy? what research have they done?

these congressman better think twice about pushing such a bill. if it creates havoc and further economic problems, they alone will have to answer for it and my best guess is they'll just start pointing fingers about who started it all. don't they have anything better to do?

the resolution passed by the provincial board to split cebu could be somehow considered a win for Yapha, Kintanar, and Martinez the proponent of such bill.

even if the their bills will be passed in the lower house, they still need a counterpart bill in the Senate. i stil do not know the stand of sen. serge osmeña, the only cebuano senator. though Cong. Cuenco says he will campaign among congressmen to opposed such bill, chances are bigger that those bills will be passed.

granted those bills will pass in the two houses, i think a referendum will be done. and there, on that time, the cebuanos will speak.
