Should newbies be disallowed to post under buy/sell and pm access?

Im also a newbie in fact this is my first post,but i have been reading a lot from this forum though way before i made an account..Interested unta ko reply to one of the thread sa buy and sell,only to find out bisan create pa ko account dili pa gihapon ko ka post or reply. Oh well,naa na man jud koy account might as well reply na lang sa threads other than buy and sell or asa ko pwede reply.

Go to eBay if that's your intentions of registering...

To the newbies saying that "not all" newbies are pasaways and that they should be allowed to post sa buy and sell, the MODS didn't say ALL newbies are pasaways... We WERE ALL NEWBIES once... even the MODS... but we didn't b*tch about it.. This is just a preventive measure to ensure that walay scams ang Buy and Sell section. We joined Istorya to make new friends... and in some cases, new enemies. 30 posts is really easy to aquire. If can't live with it, go to eBay. Istorya was fine before you got here...

If naa gihapon NEWBIE mu post diri "Nganong dili man mi pwede maka post sa Buy and Sell?" , grabe naman sad. Learn how to read... Reading is one of the requirements in Istorya... If you can't read... GRABEH, READING IS A MUST, THIS IS A FORUM FOR GOD's SAKE..
