it dpends what kind of product u are selling.
im not sure what it is like in beer. coz my family is into garments.
but generalities u shud promote ur product. sell it where it's not sold. be patient. and if there are problems between the supplier and the customer. side with the customer. for as long as the customer pays well and the supplier will supply. but once u disappoint the customer the customer wont get from that supplier again. remember u are vying for the purchases of ur customer. therefore customer is always right applies though not entirely. and another thing that we sometimes do. if the customer asks for discounts that the company dont give we give them a part of our comission is a discount. w/c is 1-2% but nothing more or else wala nacommission. its a sacrifice but its better than getting zero. dunno tho if that's allowed in beers but sa clothes its ok

bro, if youve got time, do PM me.
got a couple of concerns for you:
1. if its a well-known brand (beer) then you dont have to do hard selling. the name/brand of the beer speaks for itself. if youve got a "winning" brand" then youve won half of the battle.
2. did the company gave you a list of your "stores" nga adtuan para baligyaan or youre starting from scratch ("new" market)
3. asa man ka ng area assign bro?
