Asi Taulava finished with 18 points and 18 rebounds in 45 minutes as the Coca-Cola Tigers won it's second straight game by beating the injury plagued Red Bull Barako, 98-92. It was the Tigers' first back-to-back win of the season and they are 2-1 since acquiring Taulava from Talk 'N Text. In a pregame interview Taualva said that he doesn't want to be eliminated and still wants to play more games in the conference.

In 3 games with the Tigers, Taulava averaged 25.3 points and 19.7 rebounds. The 6'9 behemoth is out to prove to Talk 'N Text that they made a mistake of letting him go.

Red Bull was without guard Celino Cruz and scoring machine Cyrus Bagiuo.
