of course ganahan gyud tag kusog mupadagan nga jeepny driver. But not kiat, gives way whenever needed, di pataka hunong sa tunga sa karsada, follows traffic rules. in short, a disciplined and responsible driver. kapila pa lng ko kasakay ug driver nga ing-ana.

Maayo pa ang mga drivers malooy pa sa mga tawo nga naglisud. Pero atong "economist"(kuno!) nga Presidente wa gyuy kalooy. Increase tax sa VAT. Way puangod.

during a dialogue with a talamban jeepney driver, i have learned that the average daily rental for the unit is around P700.00, to add up the cost of diesel/gasoline consumption which averages around P600.00.. i can't really blame for some to drive like speed demons, as much as possible they need to at least procure profit equating to the fixed cost of rental and others.. though there are just some pesky drivers who don’t realize their inherent responsibility at exercising extra diligence of a good father in carrying passengers to their destinations..

They need to know the acient saying .... " HASTE makes WASTE " . They did not even consider that in the long run , kung maka aksidente sila because of recklessness , makabayad ug full ilahang kita sa pasada .... even the market value of the jeepney alone is not enough . Si SPRINGFIELD baya mamili ug mahalon na hospital to make sure ma ayo gyud ko sa mga kasamdan nako simbako gani ug sobra pa ang mahitabo ana .

I am not saying all of them but the majority are . mao wala koy respeto nila necause sila pa ang MASUKO hinuon sa ilahang kaugalingong abusar .

well bro when one is at the verge of necessity, it is but a natural instinct to think of their main ends, failing to at giving consideration as to what could be possible drastic by products of such acts.. these jeepney drivers reflects reality that people would willingly neglect personal and even other people's safe just to satify his needs.. i guess they are aware of the fact that violating traffic rules might lead to serious accidents bro, but can you blame them if ever in a middle of a traffic naa mopara niya na 10 ka passengers? hehe.. or knowing the fact na if mag-inday inday ka ug padagan sa dalan kay mailogan gyd ka or mabiya-an ka sa uban drivers? these are some of the things that i'm sure are brewing in a driver's coconut shell..

though it doesn't mean that i'm tolerating such acts ha.. just advocating a driver's position on the scenario..

    ^^

That is my whole sentiments of why I hate them so much and put the blame to LTO . Bai .. if ever they did actually went to safety training course, orientation and etc ... they wont do it . They are doing it because they are not educated drivers and they are not aware ofr the existing laws of traffic .

^^ indeed bro.. but i must say passengers as well should be informed also of any rules applicable to them.. possibilities for traffic violations would be minimize if not totally be gone without anything or anyone enticing them (drivers) to do so..

hehe.. i guess, this drills down to government's inefficiency again.. what's new?

you can also blame LTO for giving too many franchises for a route, too much competition between drivers trying to get ahead of each other, again what else is new...and cebu drivers as role model? utter crap, if you drive, you'll agree with me...
