yes, in ocean adventure subic you can experience swimming with the dolphins.. you just have to pay more aside from the entrance fee. its like around 2000 per head, you have a dolphin trainor who will swim with you also if you need some assistance.

Manila is a very very nice place to go, esp. if you are bored with Cebu's limitations. Cuz aside from the city itself, its connected to most places in Luzon(SUBIC and BAGUIO being my top recommendations).

If you got a lot of money to spare, Manila is GREAT. If not, or if you dont have a service, the traffic will just make you crazy above all else. Bring atleast 20k if you want to visit places and shop 3 days more or less.
