almost 10 years nako diri Cebu and my wife's hometown is in the Larrañaga's Hacienda...
after the big news about Paco, curious ko nganong nahitabo to. so i decided to ask to his kababata.
although Paco is naughty but maayo man siya didto. Daghan gani siyang barkada didto. Cebu Police went there to searched(basin didto gilubong ang lawas kuno) but wala sila'y nakit an...

After their appeal in the Supreme Court is decided, their next move is to avail of this treaty and I don't think any rally by CAV can do anything about it.

"Ambassador Marciano Paynor, who as chief presidential protocol officer is in charge of overseas travels of the President, said Arroyo could bring that piece of good news to Filipinos in Spain when she visits that country December 2 to 5."

Samot wa'y mabuhat bisan kinsa pa nga grupo kay gisakay na gud sa politika. Ma-uwawan ang Presidente kung di niya tumanon ang maong ratified treaty human niya i-sibya sa mga Pilipino didto sa Espanya.
So to speak...the treaty is intended more largely for the benefit of the many Filipinos imprisoned in Spain & vice versa...nya na-swerte lang c Paco kay he is a Spanish citizen...so understandably some people can't help but find malice in the treaty availment w/ regards to Paco's case...

But i don't think kng sakyan ni sa atoa politics...it's not even within the bounds of Phil. politics...it's more of a diplomatic decision between 2 countries...

the politicking is when GMA will announce it to the Filipinos in Spain. so in short, dayon na gyud ni ang treaty kay gisakayan na man ug pamulitika.

bro, he is not even an accessory because he was not even physically in Cebu.

i just don't know why thelma chiong keeps on resisting possible developments or arguements about this case if she really wants true justice.

How did you know nga wala sya sa cebu? And let say imong cousins or relative ang chiong sisters will you say "i just don't know why thelma chiong keeps on resisting possible developments or arguements about this case if she really wants true justice". The chiong sisters were brutally raped and killed, by simple common sense; it’s just right and appropriate for a mother to show no mercy to the people who did it. If naay re-trial bisan asa pa nga korti sa kalibutan, I can bet my last centavo, guilty lang gyapon na si paco.

i will not even try to argue with you because obviously you have the same frame of mind with thelma chiong, i know what i know and it is not mere speculation.

honestly, luoy sad ang mga tawo nga in denial sa pag pangita sa tinuod kay di gyud mo makahibaw kung unsa ang tinuod. kung buot huna-hunaon, samot ug kaluoy ang mga biktima.
