Let's start w/ ourselves. Kini murag sayon2x ra ig-on:

BIR - u will never be corrupted unless u want to. pay correct taxes. pay thru the bank, not to the assessor. don't evade taxes, ky basin mka sayaw nya ka ug Thriller sa presohan. If u feel nga gipangwartahan ka, use ur cellphone to record evidence.

LTO - ayaw agi ug fixer. no short cuts please. kng gadali ka ad2 SM nlng. ayaw panuhol ug CITOM kng madakpan ka even if u feel dili sakto. Di gyud na cla mka kwarta nimo. Jst pay your violation fees.

Bureau of Customs - ayaw anang palusot. pay ur customs duties & taxes. if u happen to know of any smuggling activities, report to the proper authorities or if not the media.

DPWH - report any suspicious infra projects. (Kudos to the media & the likes of Mr. Saavedra)

Comelec - during elections, don't receive any cash bribes...if u can't help it, then vote from ur heart & mind nlng...also help watch the ballots if u have the capacity.

LGU's - don't be afraid to report an abusive mayor, vice mayor, councilor, barangay captain or tanod...we already have the ombudsman for that matter.

PNP - don't be afraid to report an abusive cop. Kotong or DUI. ayaw lng sukmaga kay mapareho nya ka ni Ramil Paican. LOLZ

AFP - kng di ka NPA, Abu Sayyaf, or some leftist group, then there is no problem for you. LOLZ

i know that many people/ parties na mag samok2x pero IMO only a stearn policy can move up our economy and country...


TRUE that the gov't would be criticized and hated...but remember SINGAPORE was rally hated at the start BUT in time it became a power house a one city one country which is more progressive than tha philippines...
