hehehe...hav u tried accessing the shortcut link properties?
try changing the link
"Drive directory:\location of the CS folder\hl.exe "-game cstrike -console
the last two commands are what is essential for u to access the console...
ambot lang ug mu basa pa ka ani kai bahaw2x na ni na post nimu...hehehe
