and another thing, if its almost ur sleeping time (in the morning) mga 2 hours or 1 hour before that, avoid kanang mga active kaau na pambuhaton..
u have to prepare ur body for the rest..so if daghan pa kaau kag huna-hunaon..start "wrapping up" the things or thoughts for the day.. so that ur mind will be ready for relaxation.. so kelangan ma-relax ang mind.. so that when u hit the bed.. ur mind is set for rest..
