    yeah, drinking milk can help u get a quiet sleep.. warm water has calming effects and milk also relaxes the body..

    naay uban taw na luoran ug gatas.. ayaw lang butangi ug daghan ug sugar ang milk.. para di cya luod..

    and another thing, if its almost ur sleeping time (in the morning) mga 2 hours or 1 hour before that, avoid kanang mga active kaau na pambuhaton..
    u have to prepare ur body for the rest..so if daghan pa kaau kag huna-hunaon..start "wrapping up" the things or thoughts for the day.. so that ur mind will be ready for relaxation.. so kelangan ma-relax ang mind.. so that when u hit the bed.. ur mind is set for rest..

    in addition to drinking milk, you might wanna try drinking herbal tea too, like chamomile tea.

    naa bay food supplement that is a sleep enhancer? ganahan pud ko mosuway ana. I already tried drinking milk and dim rooms but the maximum time I sleep still remains to 4-5 hours. I would love to rest for 6-8 hours unta kung pwede maprogram nako ang akong sleep, hehehe...or kung unsa gani resign nalang sa ako work and look for daytime jobs.

    what kind of exercise bro? effective baya ang *** kay patay kaayo sa tulog inig human but still and sleep nako is 4-5 hrs lang gihapon.

    unsa may kaya nimong exercise nimo kaya naa kay treadmill dira sa inyo basket tig basket ka do some push up to get circulation to ur head kanna ganing panington ka

    i also work on a graveyard shift for 12hrs schedule 6pm-6am ..sa akoa lang anad-anad rana.. swerte lang ko kay night person man gyud ko ..mag siga na akong mata basta gabii-i na. mao na dili ko mag lisod sa akong schedule anad-anara lang imong lawas maanad raka ana..usa raman akong teknik mo kombati lang gyud ko sa akong trabaho unya mag gym ko sa akong 2nd 1hr break pra inig uli luya na unya lami na kaayo ikatug.. karon 3yrs nako sa akong trabaho night shift and i like it. good luck u!

    same ta ug experience sauna and i also did the same thing, i asked for advice from my colleagues...one of my friends at work told me na moinom daw ko ug hot choco or milo para makatulog jud daw ko, so i tried it and it was effective for me...depende lang pud na nimo sir, just try to think first sa mga reasons na ngano dili ka makatulog ug straight2x..like basin hayag ra pud kaayo imong room or alimuot, and so on...and once u know na the reason u can try the pieces of advice shared sa mga istoryans dire..

    since you've decided that you want to sleep by 8 am, then at least get home an hour before that. and by 8am, you should be on your bed ready to sleep.
    make your own ritual.
    you could take a warm shower or bath or whatever. the warmth will dilate your blood vessels and make you feel relaxed.
    hot milk is much much better than choco. milk has a natural sedating effect.
    when you get into bed, make sure you don't have anything else to do anymore. para dili ka sige ug bangon.
    don't take in anything with caffeine mga 2-3 hourse before your scheduled sleeping time siguro. or anything with stimulants. coffee, alcholic drinks, chocolate even has caffeine.
    if maglisud jud ka, you can try to take cheap decongestants like neozep or decolgen (tungaa lang ang tablet and kanang forte, ayaw nang non-drowse), that will aid you in trying to sleep until you get used to your time of sleep. eventually, makatulogon ra ka without having to take that. while you're still trying to maintain your hour of sleep, puede ka take ana until maanad na jud imong body.
