Thanks everyone for the sincere opinion. I believe Lear is generally one of the better companies in the zone, in term of pay & benefits. My study deals on people and skills development. For those who have the opportunities to be on short-term or long-term assignments, you are far better than the rest because of the per diem and the chance to see the world for free. However, it would be nice to see that this benefit is fairly given to deserving employees. Management are in general very professional and humble, except for a few whose titles have gone up to their heads.
Bottomline, Lear is an ideal place to grow and to realize your dreams. However, as an individual, one should be wise enough to recognize the signs when it is time to look beyond the horizon. As the saying goes, the grass is always greener at the other side of the fence. Just be sure you know which side you are on.
