for me, i don't recommend those commercially purchased medicines. it alters the natural cycle of your body to rest and to sleep. for me i would recommend that you meditate and relax first before you go to sleep. try to free yourself from the daily pressures and problems. just like what jangoironic said, don't take your problems to your sleep, it would just bring you nightmares. just relax... breath in... breath out... breath in... breath out...
Taking sleeping pills or medicines is not recommended unless if it's prescribed by the doctors.
Drink milk everyday, I think it's 2 hours before sleeping and don't eat full during bedtime. Hope this may help![]()

^^^ yeah... it's normal 'coz our mind is very stressful all day, inorder to avoid that try to relax yourself, take a deep breath or do something that can make you sleepy like watching tv's or reading books. In addition, you can change your sleeping position and take note don't force yourself into sleep.![]()
