We have rooms good for 2 to 4 person. If you want to rent the entire room for yourself its 3,500php for room that is good for two person and 2,000php per head for the room that is good for four person.

Its 2,500php per head for the room that is good for two persons.
Its 2,000 php per head for the room that is good for four persons.
Its 3,000php per head for room that has aircon.

Includes water
Sub metered elecricity
Accepts male and female lodgers.
Visitors are allowed but have restrictions and can only enter the premises if accompanied by the person staying in the place.
Terms of payment is one month advance and one month deposit.
