CE Board Exam retake???

Post your comments about the news "CE board exam needs a retake this coming Jan. 2 because 2 people caught cheating by using a cellphone during the exam" they also said that statistics said that there is a high percentage of passing score on Hydro and Design that is also a reason to retake the exam(basin leakage daw)

i think there is no need for all people to retake the exam. Just fail the two cheaters. And a high percentage passing does not mean there is a leakage... why would they make this as one of the basis?

mao sad reply sa mga ngtake sa board exam but nshock na lng cla about sa news na gdecide sa PRC na retake daw in my own opinion its so very unreasonable kay out of 3000 2 ra ngcheat and if der saying daghan nkaperfect sa hydro and design mao iretake nla its like der discriminating the capabilities of the CE students. unsa pa reason nla why nghimo cla board exam. just to show lang na daghan bugo hir sa philippines na dapat gamay ra makapasar?

if ever ders a leakage its not the other students to be blame its the PRC or the examiners fault why naa na gawas na leakage. and wala man cla prove na leakage to ang naa sa cellphone is only guidelines for the designs not the exact solution for the question sa exam. and 2 lang ang nasakpan what is der right to declare tanan nka perfect sa hydro and design ngcheat? wala silang basehan

ang style ana bai, hatagan na sila ug review materials sa ila reviewer.. naa rana nila if ila e review.. then if it happens that it comes out sa exam, swerte na.. if wala, then you cant do anything about it but move on and try your best to answer the question..

Japan, china, thailand, australia, walay board exam.. in japan, they conduct a comprehensive training program if engineers want to pursue their course after graduating.. entry level for japanese engineers first start at engineering trainee, cadet engineer, junior engineer, senior engineer..

actually there are advantages and disadvantages to having a board exam.. its just surprising that we are the only country in asia conducting it for the engineering curriculum..

no review material is definite to be a leakage until the actual exam comes out during the schedule date.. examiners can actually change the questions the night before the exam..

ang nhibaw.an sad nko the computer of PRC pick RANDOMLY ang questions from the different examiners around the philippines so dili kahatag daun ang mga examiners ng leakage so meaning der is sum1 on PRC giving a leakage. and para sa uban na nkaperfect its not der fault if saun ra na questions ang gipili ng computer.
