Is the process the same with reformatting a PC?

as long as you have the complete set of drivers

I have a Dell Inspiron 6400... however it is running Windows Vista K (Korean Edition).
Can someone please give me a basic step-by-step instructions on how to reformat a laptop?
I'm not sure if I'm doing the right thing. Thanks a lot.

bai, just run windows xp installation cd and read the instruction carefully or windows vista.....

Same ra na bro... usually WinXP alone can detect and install needed drivers for your laptop. But it still pays to have your recovery cd for your laptop around just in case naay mga drivers nga di ma install.

Better bai padagan nimo ang CD restore nga pataban sa laptop pra dili nka mag manual install mga driver, kana kung nay option didto nga english :mrgreen: Kung wala gamita to ila gi recommend.

aw, basta make sure nga ok ang iyang cd rom drive, otherwise, gubot imong utok ana.... experienced that b4, ngpa reformat and then kalit nga dili na maka read iyang cd rom drive, mao nang kutaw akong utok ato...
