it's true...but you have to have a caterer of your choice...i think red carpet is affiliated with cicc...plenary hall is too big actually so even you have more than 400 pax pa it can still accommodate...but plenary hall lang ang giopen for a wedding event, you'll pay 50k+ for the venue alone...
