kung no question ang license, MS Outlook.
main difference os that MS Outlook has a planner/scheduler. Outlook Express does not.
both can be configured the same way, only features differ.
**number of email wise, it's the same. outlook express even has an option to cpmpact files, currently my OE has over 4k emails, no problem there.![]()
it is based on experience bai. ang naka experience ako, akong migo, ug akong naka-ila diri sa istorya.net. pulos mi tig-support ug computer.Originally Posted by chiphazard

1st time nakadungog ko ug prob sa OE kadto ni buy ko ug monitor diri sa istorya.net. gisulti-an rako sa akong gipalitan ug monitor. basta daghan na kaayo kuno ug emails magka-problema daw. wa ko motuo niya kay so far working fine man akong gamit OE. karon nga niabot na ug 75MB akong inbox.dbx dili naman mo receive ug email. wa pod ma corrupt kay everyday working fine man ang OE. ok gyod ni akong computer kay gi-nam kaayo ni kay naa diri tanang trabaho nako sa programming. sa akong amigo ang iya pod na experience kay blank ra sa page nga mag view unta sa message, ambot lain pod ba kaha to iyang prob.Originally Posted by saulrhyz
-If all you wanna do is use straight up POP3 email then use Outlook Express.
-If you want other things like Calender functionality, Tasks, or you work for a corporate environment that runs an Exchange server... then use Outlook.
So there! Don't over complicate the differences between the two.
Outlook express : Pros (Free, easy setup) Cons (Lacks additional features like CC and BCC and other functions)
MS Outlook : Pros (Easy to use, GUI is better with added features) Cons (Needs license)
Advantage of MS outlook
- You can set up rules easily (if naay mo abot na email mo diretso siya sa specific folder)
- Easy to back up(.pst file only)
Can you help me how to back up .pst files?
How to setup my MS Outlook using DSL?
TIA bro!![]()
