Ok I see you have lots of programs installed in your computer. Try to go to "msconfig --> Startup" tab then uncheck all unnecessary programs.

That is one cause of slow loading of computer.

Then right-click on the properties of "My Computer" then goto "Advanced" tab then "Startup and Recovery Settings". Click the settings then uncheck the two checkboxes there, it begins with "Time Display" then click ok. Then observe.
