The only thing is , I knew PACO wasnt there and he is INNOCENT mao ni present ko ani na komentaryo diri . actually daghang witnesses and nag ingon na paco was in manila during the abduction. i know many of the witnesses personally. they have no cause to lie for paco, and up to this day they stick to the story. they even have photos to prove it. and these are people who would NOT defend a killer if he was really guilty.

there could have presented more evidences and witnesses but the judge dismissed of presenting of these almost outrightly and only HIS KILLERS know why. if you remember, all the defense lawyers went to jail for contempt FOR INSISTING on presenting their side.

whatever arguements is presented here, IT CANNOT BE DENIED that the defense's side was NOT GIVEN A FAIR TRIAL. even the most informed, objective and unbiased individual daghan kaayo questions pwede ma-raise, daghan loopholes sa pag usig sa mga akusado.

now why was the decision upheld by the supreme court? because the trial and the decision of the case was designed in manner to be so. ang basehan ra gud sa higher court is kung unsa pag hear sa kaso sa lower court because the CA & the SC DOES NOT HEAR THE CASE ANYMORE but merely base their decision on the merits of the lower court and that makes a LOT OF DIFFERENCE. For me the BEST WAY to prove Paco's innocence IS A RE-TRIAL. If you are an objective individual, you will definitely find this case as an insult to our justice system.

why does the public say that they are guilty? it is because the public does not know a lot of things behind the reason of the real abduction. plus, the media sensationalized the case and the police and NBI did a "sloppy & mediocre" detective work. needless to mention how corrupt they are and discount the frame-up angle.

why did the Chiongs did not allow the OTHER AGENCIES even people from other countries examine the body of their daughter? only they know the real reason.

why did Judge Ocampo did not render a DEATH or a NOT GUILTY verdict? why did he dismiss almost ALL of the viable evidences, witnesses and questions raised by the defense? only he knows the real reason.

Rusia does not even know Paco & Josman, that is why he was NOT ABLE to give FULL ACCOUNT of the actual rape.

these are valid questions and doubts that nobody cared to ask and which majority of the public don't know.

SEE HOW THE PUBLIC clamors for blood? Guilty gyud na si Paco kay mga datu nga abusado. Gibayran or gi-inpluensyahan ang gobyerno ug ni-lobby sa senate ug presidente para mapadayon ang treaty sa Spain para makabuhi si Paco. If you are that thirsty for blood, then you are as guilty as these alleged criminals. For Chrissakes, this is not a suspense thriller/courtroom drama that you just give your SWEEPING and UNINFORMED, HALF-BAKED OPINIONS.

To end, I know what I know first hand and if this treaty is God's way for Paco's vindication and possible freedom, then SO BE IT and to the people who believes he is guilty will continue living in fear and be paranoid.
