Wala bitaw koy makitan sa Bible, old or new testament mentioning the Trinity. Wala puy makitan ang uban.

A close match, I think, is a verse that does not appear in any Greek manuscript before the sixteenth century, implying that this may be a "modern" addition to the gospel. You may not find this in your copy of the Bible. This is the verse as written in the New International Version:

1 John 5:8 - the Father, the Word and the Holy Spirit, and these three are one. 8 And there are three that testify on earth

Here is what you will probably see in your copy of the Bible instead:

1 John 5:7 - 7 For there are three that testify: 8 the Spirit, the water and the blood; and the three are in agreement.

It seems the Trinity is an inference made from several verses in the Bible, and is not a direct statement from it (Wikipedia has a list). It is an article of faith.

But say, durian is not mentioned in the Bible either yet, we know it exists. The above cannot be taken as a proof against the existence of the Trinity.

Trinity is coined to established that the God head although 3 is one GOD. and besides there is no such word that refers to the Triune GOD of the Bible as "Godhead" either.
