Why is there no 7-11 in cebu city???

Because the lifestyle of the Cebuanos do not fit the market of convenience stores. Dili pa man 24/7 ang life sa Cebu unlike in Manila nga almost kada street naa'y 7-11 or Mini Stop.

dili man intawn na angay i-compare ang cebu og bangkok. wala na sila comparison between cebu and bangkok.

Daghan na kaayu mga convenient store nga nanga-sira kay malugi lagi. tood adto mo select or starmart inig kaadlawn, di ba mingaw kaayu, depending sa branch. kay most of the convenient store mo-click lang kung naa imnanan. just like in starmart sa mango avenue, di ba sa gawas naa mag-inom. mao nang nagdugay pa ang starmart. pero sa 7-11 store, pwede ba mag-inom outside diha?? so far pag-adto nako manila, wala man koy nakit-an nga 7-11 stores nga pwede ta maka-inom sa gawas.

lifestyle sa mga tagalog kay lahi ra kaau sa mga bisaya, hehehehe..... mas maau pa nga kung naa kay negosyo diri sa cebu nga ok na, try to open sa manila kay ingon nila, mag lisod ang tagalog mag negosyo diri, pero pirting daghanang mga bisaya nga nag negosyo sa manila....

a few weeks ago i went to up north (baguio city)

i like 7/11 idea. self service:
get your own hotdog, steeam ur own food
dispense ur own drink etc. etc.
then pay in the counter.
(plus the ladycashier do a sales talk ~ "sir, would u mind to add chocolates 9peso only!" eheheh nice try!)
- promotes self-service and evaluates honesty.

Heck, yeah. Just add some icees or frostees, 7-11 na. Just one reason in my dreams I own a 7-11 franchise with the gas pumps.

lisod jud oi kung mu compete ka directly to local market nga naka established na, nindot nga strategy kay "Blue Ocean", open up new markets in the existing market. "Red Ocean" is not a good strategy nowadays.
