i completely agree with what you said. as long as my passion kas imong business surely mosucceed gyud ka ana..... pro nindot nga business pd nu kay kanang sa real estate kay ayahay kau ka pag my rental/puno na. dako lang gyud ang investment....

Every business has it's own risk, wala'y negosyo nga wala'y risk. And at the same time, tanan negosyo makadatu as long as you keep your focus, time, and dedication to it, and of course, kinahanglan pud ug strategy and you stick to where your heart is, in other words, your interests.
