like i said before bro, the ASROck AliveNF6G-VSTA is good...bang for the buck! - SATAII, 4xDDR2 slots, 1x16 PCI-E, RAid, Nvidia Chipset, LAN... really good for it's price...You don't have to worry 'bout it, after all...ASRock is a subsidiary of ASUStek..
Yea...most mobos are now having good capacitors... you don't have to worry 'bout those capacitors. The only one you'd look into this Asrock model is its temp in the chipset...If you're a temperature freak, this can be alleviated by replacing the stock heatsink with a better one (there's alot of good heatsinks in PCX around ~200). not all boards have solid caps...even the well-known brands...they are the "value-boards". if you want all-solid caps, it's gonna be the higher version.
for example: Abit P35-chipset motherboards have 3 kinds: ABIT iP35-E , iP35, & iP35-PRO...& ang PRO ra ang all-solid caps, but the P35-E & P35 lang, selected caps lang ang solid.
