I have a friend who works in babbleglass. She said that there are rumors that this is one company but they kept on denying it even if it is too obvious
They are on the same building but they are instructed not to talk with xlibris people...the same issue is on.. like terminating without due process for one...Same management, same front desk and of course, same pantry.

I don't know if this is true but if it is, why the denial?

i work in Xlibris as a internet research agent before then shift kog email marketing then OLC then last is printed materials as a PM specialist.. akong work is to make some postcards,bookmarks and etc. and i also work as a book review campaigner... actually naa ni silay hiring permi sa wed designing jud ug graphics... Xlibris as a company kay di jud nako feel...unlike sa akong work right now.. but got lots of friends jud didto... ang ka bati lang ani nila is if youre not a CSR or publishing consultant.. gamay jud kaayo ang sweldo... i only have 9k a month sa akong work... and it took about a year usa increasan.. and ang increase is only 500 pesos...my colleagues gani na naa pa sa xlibris karon took them two years usa sila increasan..
im not against the employees man pero John Feldcamp kay bastos jud kaayo... one of my mom's officemate na nagpuyo dapit sa office na naay carenderia giadto ni feldcamp ug nikalit lang ug syagit na my employees are not eating here... gawas na trespassing pa sya na mastos pa jud sya... so goodluck na lang..

i was about to be accepted too. but so many ppl told me about the xlibris politics.. made me think twice, 3x, 4x... until i told feldcamp that i changed my mind.

i still wonder how true are those negative comments. i have a colleague before who joined xlibris and seems to be doing fine. but 14 accountants resigning? that's too much huh? what gives? the "hearsays" might not be entirely true but the fact remains --- too many employees who resigned. you might be qualified to stay, but can you sleep well at night knowing that your colleagues and friends were terminated without due process? can you sleep well knowing that they can do the same to you anytime?

i went thru a lot of interviews, i didn't apply for CSR man gud. first was HR, Finance, CEO-Phils, then the expats like wood and feldcamp. (i think you have an idea na kung unsa nga dept ko.) so imagine how many nights that i went there. so tiring jud. in the end, i backed out ra diay. it's a blessing, i guess, na i went thru a lot of interviews, i was able to buy time to hear all the feedbacks of those who joined xlibris.

from my interviews, i really find wood nice. she even told me that if i change my mind, i'm welcome to go there again. feldcamp was weird coz he's asking me so detailed questions that are not supposed to be asked by CEOs. based on what i've read about him, then i conclude that he was already using me. hehehe... they're really good in the interviews. the worst was the HR, i forgot her name. she obviously doesn't understand her own questions. hahahahahaha!
