naay bag.o na method karun gi develop sa NASA space laboratories..
ila gi sulti, all concentrated exercises are obsolete.. what actually works with a smaller amount of time are compound exercises.. i.e. pulling and pushing for the upper body.. so kanang mga exercises na concentrate lang ka imo biceps or triceps, pwede man but sayang imo time.. if u want to target your biceps, go for the pullup, cable row, pull downs.. bicep curl will work but slower effect..
our bodies are intended for compound exercises, never intended for concentrated workouts..
actually this is the same principle used for the spartan training.. if u watch their video in youtube, no equipment was used except the bars for pullups, the kettle bel, and that rope tied to the body (i dont know what its called)l.. all the others nag pushup, pullup nalang sila..
with compound exercises u can go to the gym 3x a week nalang instead of everyday or 6 days a week.. then 45 minutes per session pa..
try daw ninyo bai..if u read men's health magazine, daghan kaayo articles almost every month puro na compound exercises..
