The 8800GT is fine, almost the performance of the 8800GTX (almost...).
Good thing is, this card need less power (lower wattage PSU will work), and just covers 1 slot (my 8800GTS covers 2 slots...).
wa may patawad as of now ang mga premium brands for a $250 card.me thinks i should hold off and get a Palit Sonic instead if overpriced jud dre.

2 Slots, 3-Phase Power(?), and what looks like conventional cooling.
very much like my current Palit. (bigger and different from Nvidia reference design)
indeed the cooling on this thing looks different compared to the reference 8800GT design.
The heatsink makes this a dual slot card though...
Daghan stories going around that Nvidia purposedly factory OC'd the 8800GT to beat the HD 3870 speed.
So the clocks on the GPU are pretty high already.. gamay nalang headroom for OC and naa syay tendency mu init... daghan sad reviews going around of 8800GT with heat issues..
With heat problems, no availability and no support for DX10.1... AMD might have something with the HD3850/3870
Bitaw sakto si vladmire, plano nako mag upgrade ug card, pero hadlok ko in three months time luma na ang payter nga card, haha.
