i dont have any problem with my server, windows server 2003 with ISA server 2000, Norton Anti-Virus Corporate Edition with Trend Micro Anti Spyware.
have you read the compatibility of the software you had just installed if it works with windows server? check the Event Viewer and search for those errors the server encounters.. as an admin that the first thing you should have done.
