Should newbies be disallowed to post under buy/sell and pm access?

murag OK ra man cguro nga mka access ang Newbies sa BSTC..
but the Admin, web designer, moderators also has to do something with this site.

Newbies are not Idiots, (but not limited to "pasaways"... )
from the title itself, BUY, SELL, TRADE, CLASSIFIEDS, ka dali ana sabton!

and dili lang nila dali masabtan, ang BSTC RULES.

if there is way lang na if an Istoryan will click the NEW THREAD/TOPIC button in BSTC, naa unta mu open na new window with the BSTC rules in it and there is an I AGREE check box! before they can post a new thread/topic..
pero if compliacted na ni, this is where Moderators come into place.. to do their job..

and to add, nganong naa man jud magpasaway na Newbie?

factors may be:

1st. the BSTC RULES is at the Bottom-most part of the BSTC PAGE. mao na dili mabasahan sa newbie and magpataka nalang ug post ug new thread or reply/hi jack sa thread!

2nd. if you click one of the categories under the BSTC page, walay BSTC RULES again!

lastly. if u click on one sub category, naa lagi ka makit-an na rules, but it is the site wide rules.. and dili pa jud in Bold Text! so as a newbie or as a guest, dili jud ni nimu ma pansin kay dili man "eye-catching"..


mao ra pod ni ang ako nabantayan why newbies are not following the Rules..

BSTC RULES(or even the site wide rules) is not 10 commandments for someone to memorize..
and to newbies and to other istoryans pod, comprehension lang fwede!

as FAR as i understand, as what the major concern of this topic is, according to birthday boy Admin BeOR, newbies hijacking/thread crapping in the Buy&sell Boards.. since Newbies cannot post new thread to sell their products, that is why these problems occurs.

so if im a "Newbie" platinum member and Hijacked a thread, for the purpose of SELLING my products... will that exclude me from this violation??
