Naa bayantel pero mahal and i heard dugay au ila customer service sad. Unsa pa mga ISP dri cebu? naa na cable internet dri kana affordable?

I would firmly disagree with that other comment bai. So far, the "fastest amongst the SLOWEST" technical support I have experienced/observed from 4-ISPs here in Cebu is from Bayan DSL. Sometimes, ang badlongon lang nila kay ang mga contractors/field personnels... Their area manager also is very approachable. Their line also is very stable too though sometimes uncontrollable factors may affect just like all others.

Only they have too expensive packages due to they are offering corporate line here in Cebu, no landline bundles, and sole data flow only. I may say though this might be wrong term "semi-dedicated". Above to their expensive packages, their speeds offered also in accordance to the corresponding prices of their packages are very low compared to PLDT's and Globe's.

pldt is worse at the moment, because of their damn equipment failure. And the BRAS are overloaded. I don't know why they still accept customer even they know they can't provide the bandwidth any longer... friends in JONES told me they cant even download anything fast...
