Hi miavic,

I am so sori for what you experienced with us. I accepted it that I asked somebody to request your statements. It was before I asked you to send me an email of it. My reason is that, para pod dili na ma-hassle ang clients and personally I was running for my quota for the month that is why I wanted to have your statement jud dayon. We used to do that for some of our clients but honestly, taman ra jud sa request of statements among ginabuhat. I am so sorry pod if wala dayon ko kareply sa imong text messages, maybe because of personal reasons. It was basically an honest mistake for me and I already learned from it.

To all istoryans: Sori kaayo for the delayed response ani nga thread, gikan pa ko vacation and nakuratan lang ko last nyt when one istoryan informed me about miavic's complaint.

hmmm, i dont think this explanation will suffice enought for miavic, coz its basically using his personal information for you own (greed) needs... we do understand that sometimes you need to push the limits in reaching your goals, but do it in an honest way ... you lost a lot of trusts here in istorya...
