hi guys, just wana ask some troubleshooting steps regarding sa akong issue.

naa ko friend and he is using wifi. to access the internet, he needs to purchase a card. pag click niya sa IE7, naka sulod cya sa default page sa wifi. he inputs the username and password and sugod na ang timer. when typing www.yahoo.com or www.google.com, dili cya makasulod.

syntax is wrong daw or something. i tried to clear cookies, and all pero wala ghpon. no luck in calling the wifi tech. di sila kamao.

any suggestion?

o BTW, he can access it on another type of wifi... cguro sa kani ra nga wifi card ( murag prepaid card ) iyang prob? but y?

just disable the firewall from his notebook...

hmmm...but just asking, why was it possible for him to access using another provider without disabling the firewall?
