Anakin is moody and detached so he probably couldn't think or sense things with his privates in this movie...
Another interesting thing is that he doesn't know his offspring were twins until RETURN OF THE JEDI.
OT: Anakin is the title character in Episode 6. Makahilak mo, noh? And you thought it was Luke...

I like it when Ian McDiarmid says I AM THE SENATE just the delivery... much like the way he delivers Your faith in your friends is yours. in Episode 6.
I've seen the movie (read the script) but I haven't seen the nuances yet (seen the actual film). I will do that thursday. So what I have been saying is true....... from a certain point of view.
