Globelines H9200 Settings Problem...

Hope naay techie diha who hears this...

Kwan, i was having connection problems, ug gitawag nako ang Helpdesk sa Globe. The support guy walked me through a reset procedure sa modem/router nga gi issue sa Globe, and the internet is back... nag ping ko, ni balos, internet ok...

Problem now is this. Dili na ga work ang Modem to USB connection after this reset. Feeling nako, na clear gyud tanan, kay nangausab tanan figures, date, location, etc... I'm using two laptops, usa sa ako housemate, one ang network cable, ang usa ang USB. Also, kini... sa old configuration, before the reset, ok ang limewire, ang bit torrent ug uban pang mga torrent clients... karon, no downloads, once using bittorrent...

Sure gyud ko nga configuration issue ni siya... is there anyone out there who's using the same modem/router model? Pute ta mangayo ug config settings diha? Bisan ug default settings lang, basta kay sa globelines? Ayaw na apila ang username ug password, of course..

Ang modem/router is Prolink H9200.

kuyaw na imong modem kay dali na ma hack...bsin pati imong user/password sa modem na reset nabalik sa default unya naa nay nakasulod anang modem unya gi usab na settings ana

Lagi.. i've read somewhere nga ang WAN daw sa Globe open or something like that... unless you're a big company like Bigfoot or something..

Though dili gyud ko sure... feeling nako na reset gyud ni siya to pre-defined Globe default settings, meaning factory settings.. or basin guba gyud diay ni... la pa nag one week ning akong connection... bottom line, all these problems came to be after i did what the Globe tech guy told me to do what he said... so either i did erase everything myself, or basin busted ni nga modem/router..

Sa tinuod lang, medyo na wad-an kog salig niya, that's why i'm posting this here...

hmm... di ba naay cd installer ang prolink? maybe dapat nimo cya i setup balik gamit tong cd..na erase gyud na iyang settings did2 sa modem kay imo man diay gi reset... pwede man tingali ka ka pangayu ug configuration file...but ang problema is sa config file naa may user/pass sa globe account gud unya kng mangopya ra ka ang config file sa imong g kopyahan ang iyang user/pass naa did2 so dapat i edit pa to nimo cya ang configuration file...naa man sa web admin page sa administrator nga tab ang save config file...try ug save unya edit lng gamit sa wordpad..but first back up your config file usa b4 ka mo attempt ug butang sa laing config file..goodluck..

Yo... the cd only works if USB ang connection.. lagi.. about the configuration file... that's all i'm asking for actually... i'm now trying to ask Gllobe if they could send me that file so all i'll have to do is upload it..
