^^i also wished for that before.. i prayed so hard to God to make me numb to make me float to oblivion if can't be with him... i bargained for it and when i got it.... i hated being numb.. i love the feeling of pain.. i missed the feeling of pain.. hehe.. i realized got so much used to it that life now is empty...

    acceptance...

ayaw kadepress.. find so many ways to cheer you up.. love if given a chance.. there's more to life than being in love.. trust me..

do things that you enjoy and that makes you busy.. in time.. the wound will heal.. den stop thinking too much.. the more u think, the more u hurt urself..

then.. there should be no communication between you two.. hide or throw things that makes you remember ur ex.. ayaw ug communicate bsag unsa.. text or fonecall or comment2x sa frendster.. keep ur distance.. time ra jd ang makaheal ana... not your frends, not your family.. not alcohol and definitely not drugs.. TIME ra jd..

then pray, give yourself up to GOD..

"when you think that the road is at its end, sometimes, it just the beginning of somewhere else"..

dwell on phrases that makes you feel less pain.. hehehe.. basta kay ngana ra..

hehehee.. mao2x rman na tanan.. bsag unsaon.. TIME ra jd..

keep your self busy... work, sports, hobbies, anything to keep your mind from the pain... itll heal with time... and dont look for someone that you can replace him/her with... itll just hurt you both...

i've been in that situation.. just like hell.. the more you realize how much you love the person the more painful it becomes. its like you just have to go on and live each day without reason.. you have to breath in and out just because you simply have to... i was like that, until a friend comforted me with his words.. and it goes like this..
"If you just broken up with someone... Don't be depressed! Be thankful that you've met them, be thankful that you even had them, and be thankful that you've loved. Its just that your love is meant for someone else now. Grieve briefly then time to move on... Really you need to be happy that you're not wasting any more of your precious time with the wrong person... It's a blessing. Now there's nothing in the way of meeting "Mr. Right"... lol... I guess the trick is figuring out who will make the best match...but the only way I know how to mend a broken heart is to fall in love again..."
sounds easy but its not.. cause the problem was most of us always picked the wrong person.. well maybe its a part of falling in love. We literally fall and get hurt in the process..
Just be strong enough to stand up and move on!
