rustan's fresh is more expensive by a few pesos for some items. fresh meat selection too. and if you're only buying a few items (say some emergency items for 2 people) then spending a few more pesos is well worth your time and hassle. that beats getting run over by a good portion of cebu's population and queuing behind them in metro.
