1. download NTune

2. while using your pc for basic use (internet, word processing etc.) which you dont need full mem/proc/htt speed you can decrease all three by lowering teh memory bus: (in my case from 600 down to 400)

3. Full speed needed (gaming, movie editing, etc.) just bump up memory bus to your max oc or desired ocin my case 600)
