I'd really wont think twice calling the bad eggs as PULIS PATOLA instead of SKALAWAGS !

Mao ni akong na obserbahan for the last 3 months here in Cebu :

- are they doing their job as expected? or should one asked, do they really know what their job /duties/responsibilities is?

- they stereotype right away because thats the only angle they can come up with when investigating.

- their conduct
