Hello everyone! If he doesn’t look Persian anymore he wasn’t Persian, to begin with. Most kittens look similar when they are little( I learned this information when I was looking for are spider plants poisonous to cats or not, which is rather strange). It may be that the kitten has Persian in it, or that it was a domestic long-haired or domestic medium-haired kitten. I hope you didn't pay Persian prices for him. At any rate, he will still be a great pet and won't have all the health problems Persians do with their nonexistent noses and huge eyes, which are a plus. But I sure wouldn't trust that 'friend' anymore.
