Wall insulation materials

Hello guys, I'm currently looking into properly insulating my walls due to my noisy neighbors. If anyone did this and knows that I should use and an insulator, please share it here. As you probably guessed, I'm new at this stuff.

There are enough materials for insulating a variety of walls outside (and not only them) on the market. But still, in general, homeowners vacillate between two common groups: polystyrene (which includes the well-known polystyrene, polystyrene foam, polyurethane foam) and mineral wool (represented by glass, slag and stone wool). Each of these groups and even individual material have different characteristics and properties. Before choosing, be sure to consult with a professional.
