    Dili ko expert uy @yonnis1980.
Sa ako lang penobre nga tampo,
the purpose of distilled water is just to hydrate (provide water), wala na gyud kayo na siyay minerals like for example calcium nga motabang pagpalig-on sa bukog, pero sige lang makuha man gihapon na nato ang mga beneficial minerals through food intakes. Naturally ma-acidic gyud na siya gamay tungod kay pure na man siya gamay lang nga addition of contaminants dako na ug epekto, minute amounts of CO2 in air will dissolve in distilled water forming carbonic acid forming a slight decrease in pH. Pero sige lang kay layo ra kaayo na sa digestive fluids sa atong tiyan nga acidic gyud kaayo.

It's pretty important I should say, and a lot of people use distillation as a basic type of water purification. Water purification takes place on small and large scales, and water filtering can provide clean and potable water for industrial applications, in addition to individual households. The filtration process reduces the concentration of contaminants such as: suspended particles, parasites, bacteria, algae, viruses, and fungi. Why water filtration is important? It is virtually impossible to determine water quality on the basis of appearance. Multiple processes such as physical, chemical, or biological analyses have been developed to test contamination levels. Levels of organic and inorganic chemicals are some of the common parameters analyzed to determine water quality and contamination levels. Tap water is often filtered in a water purification facility before it reaches the end user. Nevertheless, authorities test the water quality right after the water is filtered, before it goes in the municipal feed lines, which generally produces results above the required standard. What remains unaccounted for is the age of the feed lines and their length, however.

I would definitely install some water purifiers in my house as well, because it's the best option to have a fresh water every single day. From all resources I know, I can recommend this ones, called Healthy Home Makeovers because they have plenty of really nice articles and options, if you need some cool and reliable stuff for your home needs.
