it all depends on your beliefs and current status of life
If you find civil more of a fix to your recent problem then its your decision....

Also your religious belief plays a role in your decision ( if YOU have )
on RCs' they would never inaugurate a civil wedding
for the separatist they don't need a church wedding
other religious sect makes their own church wedding
But for other people... they don't really care about weddings...

issues like same *** marriage in the church, roman catholic condemns civil marriages, priests marries nun, church scandals... their all moral issues... of course that's not the topic here but if you believe in your faith and you agree a civil marriage better evaluate yourself... its not the decision that's the only wrong thing its the actions and deeds that have brought you to make that decision, are you following your belief? or are you just sitting back and let temptation come to play? BUT if your not a RC or of a different sect... it all depends on how you practice your belief whether if it is right for you or lets just say "its allright.. nalang.."

if you really want to tie the knot with ur significant other and dont have the budget yet....go for civil.. and then starts saving for the church wedding. its every girls dream to have the fairy tale like wedding...

ang marriage license bro kay mao na imo i-secure para makasal mo...diha mo come in ang mga requirements...like birth certificate given by NSO...CENOMAR, ug ubang pang requirements...(parental consent or parental advice, depends sa age) if between 18-24, parental consent...between 25-26, parental advice.... i-present ni ninyo sa judge for the civil and sa priest for church wedding...

kanang marriage certificate....mao ni ang certificate nga permahan sa gikasal together sa ilang mga ninong ug ninang...mopirma sad ang pari ani, that's for the church.....sa civil, ang judge ug ang two witnesses...

ang certificate ang inyong proof nga kasal namo...mao mani ang pangitaon sa mga hospital inig panganak ni misis para makagamit dayon ang bata sa family name sa father......ang uban nga di ka-present kay ang gamiton nila ang maiden name sa mother para sa baby....this is to determine if legal ba ang gi-claim sa couple....pila ra gud pag-ingon didto sa hospital nga minyo mo.....ibutang mana ang names sa parents didto sa certificate of live birth sa bata....
