I see that the thread is old, but I'm wondering where exactly do you buy beef vacuum packaging? I always get dry meat and have to make sauces

Helen, can't you go to any store and look at the date of manufacture? Or be sure to raise stupid questions on forums where no one has posted for a thousand years ... Each butcher shop can offer you a bunch of products and even answer the question why your meat is dry. And go to a restaurant and ask such questions and find out where the meat is bought.
