When I was younger I really liked yoga. I was a fan of healthy nutrition and yoga asanas relaxed me, giving me a feeling of incredible peace. And then I went to a bodybuilding competition and it blew my mind. I had such vivid emotions that I had never experienced before. Actually, I still care about my health and nutrition, but I decided to do weight training. I want to get a beautiful shape with strong and relief muscles.
