Need help getting survey to Cebuanos in Region VII

tldr: Gusto nakong magtukod og NGO aron matudlo ang software engineering sa mga kabus sa Region VII. Gipangutana nako kon asa mahimo ko mag-post og link sa survey sa pagtipon og datus bahin niini.

I am planning a charity organization (non-profit/NGO) that provides software engineering training (e.g. mobile app development, full stack, etc) to Filipinos who can't afford University or even vocational schools.

I am in the very early stages of planning, but I would like to find out what kind of demand there is in Region VII for a program like this.

I've developed a short survey (11 questions) that I want to get to my target demographic (young low-income Cebuanos). Do you have any suggestions how I can best do this?

I assume Facebook is a good avenue, but I don't have an account (I will create one for this). Do you have any good FB groups I could join?

About me: I'm based on the East Coast in the US and speak Cebuano (poorly). I am a Computer Engineer with a focus on Internet Security. I have an immense love for the Philippines since I was a missionary there from 2004-2006.
