Our company Citius Solutions Corporation is looking CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATES for our Local Account.

We are currently looking for dynamic individuals to fill-in the position of CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATES with the following qualifications:

• At least 18 yrs old and a high school graduate
• Able to speak Bisaya, Tagalog and English
• Typing skills with at least 35WPM
• Knows how to do basic computer operations
• Has knowledge of customer service principles and practices

Responsibilities:

• Takes phone calls from customers
• Answers questions about the products or services
• Answers any customer inquiry or billing related concerns
• Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
• Ensures customer satisfaction
