Eating Breakfast or not?

I usually eat breakfast at 5 pm already. I work at night.

it really depends... if I have (heavy) dinner at night, I dont usually eat breakfast on the following day... Its more on choco drink lang ko ana like milo or swiss miss. no solid food.

If I dont eat dinner at night, then I'll eat breakfast on the next day.
